Content: Materials (videos, audio recordings, text, etc.) uploaded or transmitted by the user through the Service.

User: An individual or legal entity using the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Trial Period: A limited time period during which the User can use the Service free of charge.

Refund: The procedure by which the User can request a return of funds under certain conditions.

3. Terms of Use

The Service is available only to users aged 18 years or older.

To use the Service, you must register an account and provide accurate and up-to-date information.

The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

4. Registration and Account

When registering, you agree to provide accurate information. We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account if the information provided is found to be false. The User agrees not to share their account credentials with third parties.

5. Subscriptions, Trial Period, and Payments

5.1 Trial Period

  • - Duration of Trial Period: LiveLab offers a free trial period of 7 days (hereinafter referred to as the "Trial Period") to new users.
  • - Purpose of the Trial Period: The Trial Period is intended to allow users to explore the features of the Service.
  • - Trial Period Restrictions:
  • - During the Trial Period, users may access only limited functionality of the Service.
  • - The Trial Period is available only once per user. Creating multiple accounts to reuse the Trial Period is prohibited.
  • - Payment Information:
  • - To activate the Trial Period, users may be required to provide payment information (credit/debit card or another payment method). No charges will be made during the Trial Period.
  • - Access to the Trial Period may be limited if payment information is not provided.
  • - Automatic Renewal:
  • - If the User does not cancel their subscription before the end of the Trial Period, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription based on the chosen plan.
  • - The User can cancel the subscription at any time before the end of the Trial Period to avoid charges.
  • - Termination of the Trial Period:
  • - We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Trial Period without prior notice if the User violates these Terms or abuses the Trial Period.
  • - Activity Verification:
  • - We may request identity verification or other forms of account activity confirmation to prevent abuse of the Trial Period.

5.2 Payments

The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Subscriptions can be monthly, quarterly, or yearly.

Payments are processed through credit cards, PayPal, or other specified methods.

Payment amounts and frequency depend on the chosen plan. All payments include applicable taxes.

If a subscription plan is upgraded, unused funds from the current plan will be transferred to the new subscription and applied to its cost.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • - The User requests a refund within 14 days of payment.
  • - The total duration of Service usage at the time of the request does not exceed 24 hours of streaming.

To request a refund, you must send an email to livelab@gmail.com with:

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after review.

Refunds are not available after the Trial Period if the User has started a paid subscription.

7. Copyright and Content

Users retain ownership of the content they upload. By using the Service, you grant Us a limited license to facilitate streaming. Content that violates the copyrights of third parties is prohibited.

8. Restrictions

Users are prohibited from:

  • - Using the Service for unlawful activities.
  • - Uploading content that infringes the rights of third parties or contains prohibited materials.

9. Privacy

The collection, processing, and storage of your data are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to its terms.

10. Disclaimer of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or complete security.

11. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms unilaterally. Changes will be communicated through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect.

12. Termination of Use

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by notifying Us.

13. Governing Law
